Pan seared sashimi grade tuna served over basmati rice pilaf topped

Pan seared jumbo scallops served over a sweet corn & pancetta

14 oz. Angus N.Y. Sirloin*
Butcher cut Angus sirloin grilled with Montreal seasonings and served
with a cremini mushroom sherry sauce, a caramelized onion & gorgonzola

9 oz. butcher cut Angus filet served over garlic mashed potatoes with 
grilled asparagus and a green peppercorn port wine sauce
